Go 3 days without cheating – and lose your sweet, starch and alcohol cravings

If I can convince you that I’m absolutely not kidding about NO cheating, after 3 days on Run, Walk, Swim or Fly
– you’ll lose both your carbohydrate cravings and your hunger. You’ll be surprised at how totally disinterested in
food you are, but it takes 3 days on the program, without cheating, for your hunger and cravings to go away. I
eat once a day, usually around 7pm. I usually toss a couple 1.5 pound steaks on the grill, or 4-6ounce
hamburgers, and that’s it. I’ll have some kale or asparagus or brussel sprouts with my dead animal, and that’s
what I eat all day. I stay on Run, Walk, Swim or Fly on Monday through Friday, and only go off the diet on
Saturday, if then. I feel terrific eating this way, I’m generally not hungry or craving crap, and my energy is fine. If I
eat sweets or starches on Saturday, I don’t feel anywhere near as good. Half the time I just stay on Run, Walk,
Swim or Fly on Saturday too. I just feels better.
