Up to 2 pounds (32 ounces, about 4 large pieces of any fruit you like), eaten once a day. You have to find out if you do better eating fruit for your first meal of the day (if it’s your first meal, the meal is fruit only), or before or after your last meal. Your first meal is whenever you get really hungry. If you’re not hungry until 4pm, your first meal is at 4pm.
