Caffeine can help you lose weight. Try drinking hot coffee, hot tea, iced coffee, iced tea, Diet Coke, Diet Pepsi, Diet Mountain Dew, Diet Red Bull and other caffeinated drinks, instead of eating, when you think you are hungry. Hunger can be thirst. Try drinking 16 ounces of caffeinated fluid, any time before you eat. If you are still hungry after caffeinated fluid, go ahead and eat. You’ll be surprised how often caffeinated hydration can eliminate what you perceive as hunger.
