Diet Garden

Imagine you selected a spot to plant a garden. You worked the soil, planted the seeds, waited for the seeds to sprout. A few weeks later, you notice a spot across the road that also looks like an even better spot for a garden. So you pull up all your vegetables, you go across the road and plant another garden. A few weeks later again, you notice another spot across the road, that looks even better. So you pull up all your vegetables again, go across the road, and plant another garden again. Some things grow quickly. But other things take time and dedication. You can’t work a garden, if you pull up your stakes again and again. Gardening is watering and hoeing when weeds show up, without pulling up stakes. Dieting is not eating carbohydrates when cravings show up. Let your garden grow.
