Diet Bars and Diet Formula and Diet Cookies can be a good way to take off a quick 5-10 pounds in a week. Make sure that your Diet Bar or Diet Cookie is no more than 150 calories per serving, and has at least 15 grams of protein. Make sure that your Diet Formula has no more than 100 calories per serving, and has at least 15 grams of protein. Don’t worry about the carbohydrate content or net carbohydrates, because if you follow my recommendations, you don’t have to worry about the carb content. Most patients eat 2 Bars or 2 Formula or 2 Cookies, 2 or 3 times a day. Most patients can stay on Bars or Formula or Cookies only for 1-3 weeks. Count on losing 5-10 pounds every week.
