If you don’t have a structure to limit your low carb calorie intake, you probably won’t lose weight. You will be depriving yourself of carbohydrates, but the scale won’t move, because you will be eating too many protein and fat calories – unless you have a structure. You need some kind of portion control – limit yourself to 8 ounces of dead animal per feeding or 1 pound a
day. Or you need some kind of intake control – eat only fish, shellfish and poultry. Without some kind of structure or rules that limit your protein and fat calories, you won’t lose weight. Eat what you like. You will do far better eating you are fond of, rather than food you hate. But you absolutey, positively cannot eat as much as you like. Figure out a way to limit your calories, without counting calories, which generally doesn’t work.
