For 2 days, eat 2 four ounce cans, twice a day – of tuna or chicken or turkey or salmon or shrmp or crab or lobster or clams or mussels or sardines or Spam or Vienna Sausage. You can eat an extra 2 cans a day if you are starving. Stay on the same Cat Food for 2 days. Then switch to Fat Fest for 2 day. On Fat Fest, 80% of your calories come from fat. Keep your calories 1500-1800 a day. Eat eggs (80 calories each) with butter (100 calories an ounce), six ounce sirlon burgers (300 calories each) covered in olive oil (100 calories per tablespoon), the crown of rib eye steaks (about 800 calories on a 1 pound steak), full fat Kosher hot dogs (about 180 calories each). Switch back and forth between the diets. Do 2 days on Cat Food, and then 2 days on Fat Fest. Drink 4 bouillon cubes in water every day, and drink at least a gallon (128 ounces) of non-caloric fluid a day.
