Think of a carbohydrate craving. Put it in the sentence, “I’m craving pizza”, or whatever. Now fuse with this thought. Get all caught up in it. “I’m craving pizza.” Believe it as much as you can. Now, replay the thought with this phrase in front of it – “I’m having the thought that, I’m craving pizza.” Now fuse with this thought. Get all caught up in it. Believe it as much as you can. “I’m having the thought that, I’m craving pizza.” Now replay the thought one more time, but add the phrase, “I notice that, I’m having the thought that, I’m craving pizza. I notice that, I’m having the thought that, I’m craving pizza. I notice that, I’m having the thought that, I’m craving pizza.
