Carb Bubble

Carb Bubble

Imagine you are a soap bubble. When big bubbles collide with small bubbles, the small bubbles are absorbed into the big ones. You are a soap bubble moving down a path you have chosen. Suddenly a carbohydrate craving bubble appears in front of you and says “stop”. You stand there for a few seconds, and when you move around, over or under the craving bubble, the craving bubble moves quickly and blocks your path. You have 2 choices. You can stop moving in your valued direction, or you can collide with the carbohydrate craving bubble and continue on with it inside you. Will you have the carbohydrate craving bubble inside you by choice, or will you not? In order for you to continue in your valued direction and lose weight, you have to collide with the bubble and absorb it. See yourself colliding with your cravings bubbles and absorbing them.
