Sometimes bulk helps. Eating lots of salads and veggies can satisfy mouth hunger (chewing), and stop cheating. The trick is to make sure your bulk is not calorie laden. Tuna salad on top of a ton of lettuce, can be as calorie loaded as a slab of ribs. Dried cherries and nuts and cheese and (non-diet) salad dressing, almost automatically take calories to stupid. It’s way too easy to think you are being good, and self-sabotage. Keep your carbohydrates at 10-20 grams per feeding, then pay attention to calories. Salads and veggies can help you lose weight, or they can stop weight loss.
