Beef, Pork & Lamb Diet. Each Meal: Beef or lamb or pork (8 ounces per meal). Rotate your protein every 2 days. For 2 days eat beef, 3 times a day. Then for 2 days eat pork, 3 times a day. Then for 2 days eat lamb, 3 times a day. Have 3 meals per day at usual times. Season with Miracle Whip Free, mustard and dry seasonings. You may notice a significant difference in how you feel, and how fast you lose weight, depending if you are eating beef or pork or lamb.
