Bacon & Eggs Diet. Each Meal: Up to 3 eggs (boiled, scrambled, omelet or fried) and up to 3 slices of bacon. You must have 1 slice of bacon for every egg you eat, and 2 cups of coffee or tea with each meal. Have 2 or 3 meals per day at your usual times.
