In termsof the science of weight loss, you’ll lose fastest on just dead animals. But in the real world, you may lose faster and do better by adding vegetables and fruit to your carcasses. The problem with dead animals only is cheating – cheating by taking your calories to stupid (that slab of ribs is 3000 calories, so you don’t lose weight), of cheating on flour products (cakes, cookies, pies, bread, etc.) and sweetened dairy products (ice cream, Starbuck’s drinks, etc.) In the not so long run, you may do better by adding fruit and veggies, because you may end up eating fewer dead animal calories, and cheating less.
