If you’ve never tried a diet that limits night eating, you might be surprised how well it can work for you. The issue is not that your body processes calories after 6pm, any differently than calories before 6pm – but about 80% of your daily calories are usually eaten after 6pm. On a low carb diet – you are getting almost all of your calories from dead animals. For one week, eat all of your dead animal before 6pm – and see what happens to your weight loss. 80% of dieting is timing. The wrong medicine at the right time, tends to work better than the right medicine at the wrong time. It may simply be, that you are taking in too many calories at night. By limiting your protein intake to before 6pm, you may get the scale moving.
