50% of dieting is a decision. If you’re head is not in the right place, you won’t follow a structured diet consistently enough to lose weight. Structured diet is the key, because without structure, you probably won’t lose any weight. Despite what all the low carb diet books say, you can’t eat as much as you want and lose weight. I live on a low carb diet. I’m not trying to lose weight. But if I ate as much as I wanted, as Atkins and Dukan and Protein Power say – I’d gain 3-4 pounds a week. Get your head in the right place. Then find a low carb, low calorie structure that you can live on.
