The most popular diet in my office at the moment, is my Cookie Diet. Each meal consists of 2 high protein cookies (15 grams of protein per cookie), with 2 cups of coffee or 2 cups of tea or 2 can of diet pop. Patients eat 2 or 3 meals a day. By making it a rule to drink 2 cups of coffee or 2 cups of tea or 2 cans of diet pop with each meal, you can usually speed up your weight loss. More than half the time when you think you are hungry, you are probably just thirsty.
