Start losing weight on Cat Food – then transition to Walk, Swim

Cat Food is always my first choice for a diet, because it’s fastest – because it’s calorie controlled, carbohydrate controlled, and portion controlled. You eat 8 ounces of dead animal twice a day, or 16 ounces once a day. As your dead animal is from a can or a fast food outlet, portions are tightly controlled. Cat Food is hands down my fastest and best way to safely lose weight under medical supervision. Make sure you drink 4 bouillon cubes a day in water, to make up for the sodium you are dumping like a race horse, to prevent leg cramps. But Cat Food is not forever. At some point, you won’t be able to live on just dead animules. When you absolutely, positively can’t stand Cat Food anymore, go on Walk, Swim or Fly. Eat more freely on dead animals (everything doesn’t have to be canned or from McDonald’s, and you can eat up to about a pound and a half a day), and add unlimited veggies – anything you like, except peas, potatoes or corn.
