It doesn’t matter what you drink. It can be all Starbuck’s or Diet Coke. But you really need to drink at least 80-90 ounces of calorie fluid a day, if you want to lose weight. Drinking a gallon (128 ounces) is better. I don’t care what you drink, as long as it doesn’t have calories. You can drink water, coffee, tea, diet pop, whatever. You may feel better drinking just water, as you are poisoning youself with fewer chemicals. But it doesn’t matter what you drink, as long as you push fluid, every day you are losing weight.
