You aren’t hungry until 3 or 4 in the afternoon, and then you crave sweets and starches like a maniac between 7
and midnight. Everybody eats this way. It’s the reason 60% of us are fat now, compared to 10% when I was
growing up. (I’m 58.) If I can convince you to try my Big Breakfast Program for 3 days, you can break this
cycle. Go as long as you can without eating. If you aren’t hungry until 3 in the afternoon, don’t eat anything until 3
in the afternoon. When you are hungry, go ahead and eat – but limit yourself to 500-1000 calories, half protein
and half fat, without carbohydrate. Your night-time sweet and starch cravings will be gone in 3 days. Take a look
