When the scale is not moving: (1) Make sure you are keeping your calories at 500-600 a day. If you can’t do 500-600, do 600-800. If you can’t do 600-800, keep your calories under 1000. (2) Make sure you are drinking a gallon (128 ounces) of non-caloric fluid every day. (3) Make sure you are limiting your carbohydrate intake to 5 grams per feeding – 1-4 feedings per day. (4) Do four 3 minute exercises intervals every other day. Exercise as hard as you can for 3 minutes (elliptical, treadmill, stepper, exercise bike etc.). Recover for 1-2 minutes. Do four 3 minute periods of exertion. Do not exercise every day. On your “off” days, you can walk the dog but don’t run.
