Weight loss has to be quick – for you to stay motivated

The quicker you lose weight, the more likely you are going to be successful. Weight loss has to be rapid, in
order for you to stay motivated. Eating 3000 calories a day is alot more fun than eating 500-1000 calories a
day. When you are losing weight, you will have less energy and you will not feel as well, as when you are not
dieting. You are living off stored fat, which does not feel as good as living off food. The feel terrific weight loss
program does not exist. Food is fun, and when you are dieting, you are depriving yourself of this fun. You are
also going to have to be hungry, in order to lose weight. You have to starve in order to lose weight. Weight loss
is by definition starvation, taking in fewer calories than you need to break even.
