Weight loss damage control

Weight loss damage control

When you eat too much carbohydrate, your body stores too much fat. Too much carbohydrate at a feeding releases too much insulin, which drives fat storage. If you consciously increase your protein and fat to carbohydrate ratio, you are taking a big step in damage control. In English, this means get extra meat on sandwiches, and toss the top slice of bread. If you are going to eat French fries or potato chips, make sure that you eat as many calories of protein and fat, at the same time. When you eat more protein and fat than carbohydrate, you can more likely than not, keep your weight under control. When you eat more carbohydrate than protein and fat, you will probably gain weight.
