One Meal a Day works best for many patients. If you’re not hungry, don’t eat. Go as long as you can without eating. When you are starving, when you absolutely, positively have to eat – go ahead and have your one meal of the day of protein and vegies. It’s always easier to eat nothing at all, than to eat a little. The less you eat, the faster you are going to lose weight. If you haven’t tried one meal a day, go for it. I eat one meal a day, usually at 7 or 8 or 9 at night. The worst thing I can do is eat before then. Small little meals make me hungry, tired and crazy.
