Meat Only was pioneered by George Blackburn, M.D. in the 1950’s, popularized by Max Stillman, M.D. as his Quick Weight Loss Diet in the 1960’s, and hurt by Bob Atkins, M.D. with his “you can eat as much as you want” nonsense in the 1970’s. The way to lose weight on a Meat Only Diet, is to limit yourself to up to a pound (16 ounces) of protein a day. Drink a gallon (128 ounces) of water or non-caloric fluid a day. Drink 2 bouillon cubes in water a day. You’ll melt.
