Frozen meat, frozen poultry and frozen fish (sirloin burgers, chicken breasts, fish filets, etc.) usually contain 200-300 calories per serving. In general, you’ll lose weight faster eating canned foods compared to frozen foods, because canned food portions are smaller than frozen foods, so you’re eating fewer calories. But you’ll still lose about 5 pounds a week, eating 1-2 packages of frozen vegetables, and 1-2 servings of frozen meat, 2-3 times a day.
