If you’re not losing weight fast enough, you’re eating too many calories, and/or you’re eating too many carbohydrates, and/or you’re exercising too much. For the fastest weight loss, try to keep your calories under 1000 a day (under 800 a day is better). Limit your carbohydrates to 10-20 grams per feeding, or less. Limit your exercise to four 3 minute cycles (exercise as hard as you can for 3 minutes, recover for 1-2 minutes, do this 4 times), every other day. Walk as much as you want. Drink at least a gallon (128 ounces) of non-caloric fluid a day. Have at least 2 bouillon cubes in water every day, to replace the salt you are losing to avoid cramps. This is the fastest way to lose weight.
