The diet I use for patients – and some of the weight loss medications

Drink at least a gallon of water or non-caloric fluid a day. If you’re not hungry,
don’t eat. You can go days without eating. If you are hungry, eat salmon, tuna or
beef. It’s fine to eat the fat on beef and add olive oil to fish. Go as long as
you can without veggies. Do protein only for 1-2 weeks, if you can. Then add
unlimited veggies, anything you want without butter or oil (adding butter or oil to
veggies takes calories too high), except no peas, potatoes or corn. You are taking
3 pills once a day. Diethylpropion is half appetite suppressant, half fat burner.
It should not stimulate you, so take it even if you are not hungry because it helps
burn fat. Aplenzin is an antidepressant that decreases cravings and hunger.
Januvia is a diabetic medication that levels out blood sugar swings, so it decreases
carbohydrate cravings. Give yourself a shot of Victoza once a day to block hunger
and stop fat storage. The key to maintenance is 500-600 calories of olive oil a
day, and mostly red meat (lamb and beef – ruminants, animals that chew cud). Don’t
worry about cholesterol – http://www.ravnskov.nu/cholskept.links.Taubes.htm
