Imagine an archery target is your carbohydrate cravings. The center is very strong sweet and starch cravings. As you move away from the center, your carbohydrate cravings are less and less. Where are your carbohydrate cravings now? What do you need to do to move away from the center? Can you move away from the center? Can you move closer to the center? Control in any direction is control.
