There are way too many stupid low carb choices, way too high in calories and carbohydrates, that you probably can’t eat and lose weight. Cheese and nuts are my 2 biggest no-no’s, it”s almost impossible to eat either and lose weight. Way too many calories, way too fast in cheese. And way too many calories and too much carbohydrate in nuts. Add sour cream and butter and olive oil on vegetables to this list. Butter and olive oil are generally okay on animal protein, because the amount you add tends to be limited. The problem with adding butter or oil or to vegetables, is that the calories go psychotic, way too quickly. It’s too easy to convert 80 calories of broccoli into 800 calories by adding butter or olive oil.
