A trick that can really help you lose weight, is to find out if you do better on what I call Run Walk, Swim or Fly,
or if you do better on Dead Animules and Veggies. For 3 days, if it can’t Run, Walk, Swim or Fly – don’t put it in
your mouth. Eat nothing but animal protein, without any veggies, and see how you feel. Make sure you are
drinking at least a gallon of water a day to flush out the fat you will be burning. Then switch to 2 or 3 days of
animal protein and unlimited veggies – any veggies you want, except peas, potatoes or corn. And keep drinking
your gallon of water a day. Most patients feel much better on one program or the other.
