Rice, Meat & Vegie Diet. Each Meal: 1 cup cooked white or brown rice. Add to rice: meat, fish or poultry (4 oz.) and 1 cup of vegetables, any vegetable you like, except peas, potatoes or corn. Season with soy sauce and dry seasonings. Have 3 meals per day at your usual times.
