One of the advantages of losing weight on Bars or Formula or Jello or Pudding or Cookies – is that maintenance can be super-easy. After you’ve lost weight and it’s time to maintain, you can stay on the diet you lost weight on. Keep eating Pudding or Jello or Bars or Formula or Cookies every day. Then keeping carbs down to a dull roar (20-30 grams per feeding or so), add the foods you’ve been missing or craving. The advantage or a very low calorie, structured weight loss diet, is that maintenance can be a no-brainer. You never go off the diet that’s worked for you.
