My favorite Crash Diet – the diet I use for most patients in my daily practice

The advantage of high protein crash diets is the monotony, the structure and the quick weight loss. The
disadvantage is the monotony and the structure. Medically speaking, there’s no science that suggests slow weight
loss retrains your eating habits or shrinks your stomach. There’s also no science that suggests if you lose weight
slowly, you are more likely to keep the weight off. In my clinical experience, the faster I can get you to lose
weight, the better you are going to feel – and the better you feel about yourself. Quick weight loss makes it more
likely you are going to stay on your diet. The trick is to find a crash diet or a quick weight loss diet that appeals
to you, and that works with your lifestyle and pocketbook. My favorite quick weight loss diet is a 500 calorie
