Doctor Stillman’s Quick Weight Loss Diet by Maxwell Irwin Stillman, M.D. is my all-time favorite diet book. It’s terrific and doctor Stillman’s basic Quick Weight Loss Diet still works perfectly today.. Doctor Stillman’s diet is literally the predecessor of my favorite diet, my Walk, Swim or Fly program. Mind Trips to Help You Lose Weight by Frances Merril Stern, Ph.D. is one of the few psychological approaches to weight loss that can actually help you lose weight. Most psychological weight loss techniques are useless, but doctor Stern got it more right than wrong – using imagery and implosion therapy (Gooogle it) to help you lose weight. Controlled Cheating by Larry Goldberg (mensioned yesterday) is also one of my all-time favorites. It’s an incredibly motivating read, and one of the few maintenance programs that actually works.
