If I can get you off low carb fake food, and get you to think about both calories and carbohydrates, I can get you
to lose weight. Most low carbohydrate fake foods are caloric nightmares – they contain far too many calories,
often more than the real thing. Whipping cream has more than 800 calories per cup, so I don’t care if you
sweeten it with Equal or SweetNLow, it’s just way too many calories to eat on a diet. At 100 calories per
ounce, nuts and cheese are out of bounds too. Bacon can have 100 calories per strip. The average slab of ribs
is over 3000 calories. Go on my Diet Convincer. It can be life changing. You are going to live on 1000-1500
calorie a day for 2 weeks. The first week, have 2-3 Double Quarter Pounders with Cheese (no bun) a day.
A Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese (no bun) is 500 calories. You’ll be eating 1000-1500 calories a day,
you won’t be hungry, and you’ll lose 4-5 pounds in a week. The second week live on 1000-1500 calories a day
of Lean Cuisine and Healthy Choice and Healthy Steamers. Read the packages, most of the meals contain 200-
400 calories, so most patients eat 4-6 a day, to take in 1000-1500 calories. As these meals are almost always
50% plus carbohydrate, eating the same number of calories as Week 1, you’ll be lucky if you lose 1-2 pounds in
Week 2.
