You are making weight loss too complicated. If you’re not hungry, don’t eat. Go all day without eating, if you can. The less you eat, the faster you are going to lose weight. When you do eat, eat mostly lower calorie protein (chicken, fish, shellfish, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, eggs), and any vegetable you want, without butter or oil, except peas, potatoes or corn. If I can get you to actually do this, most patients lose 2-3 pounds every week.
