Juicing makes most patients gain weight

Juicing is way too many calories, way too fast, and makes most patients gain weight. Most patients absolutely, positively will not stay on a juice diet for more than a day or two, if that. After 3 or 4 meals of vegetable or fruit juice, walk into any restaurant cooking dead animal, even dead animal you don’t like – and you’ll think you’ve gone to heaven. If you want to eat vegetables, eat vegetables – eat any vegetable you like (without butter or oil) except peas, potatos or corn (which contain too much sugar). Most patients who go on juice diets end up gaining weight, because they juice for 3-4 meals, binge on dead animal, go back to juicing for 3-4 meals, then binge again.
