Juice Diet. 8 (8 ounce) glasses of freshly squeezed vegetable juice, any vegetable juice or combination of vegetable juices you like, except no peas, potatoes or corn – spread throughout day. Eat 2 ounces of ham or chicken or turkey or tuna with every other glass of vegetable juice, for a total of 4 servings of dead animal per day in addition to your juice.
