It doesn’t matter what time you eat – it doesn’t matter how many meals a day you eat

It doesn’t matter what time you eat or how often you eat, if you’re following a balanced diet. You can eat first
thing in the morning or at midmight. You can eat once, twice or sixteen times a day. Your body handles balanced
calories the same way you car handles gas. It doesn’t matter what time or how often you fuel up. But, if you
restrict carbohydrates, it can make a big difference what time you eat. Go as long as possible without eating.
Don’t eat first thing in the morning, if you are not hungry. When you are hungry, whether it’s 6am or 10pm, go
ahead and eat. But eat a meal of 500-1000 calories, 50% fat and 50% protein, without carbohydrate. Nightime
sweet and starch cravings will disappear in 3 days.
