If you haven’t tried interval training to speed up your weight loss, it’s worth a shot. It takes about 15 minutes, every other day. Do four 3 minute cycles, and recover 1-2 minutes between cycles. Exercise for 3 minutes as hard as you can on an elliptical, treadmill, stepper, etc. Recover for 1-2 minutes. If it doesn’t take you about a minute to recover, you’re not exercising hard enough. Do four 3 minute cycles, You’re done. Do this every other day, not every day. You’ll feel better. You’ll have more energy. And you’ll lose weight faster.
