Losing weight is startlingly simple, once you stop all the nonsense. Keep your calories under 1500 a day. Drink a
gallon of water a day. Keep your carbohydrate intake as low as possible, ideally no more than 10 grams per
feeding. Glycemic index is nonsense that doesn’t work, because as soon as you combine 2 different foods with 2
different glycemic indexes, the numbers don’t work. I’m making this up as an example, but if cornflakes has a
glycemic index of 10 and milk has a glycemic index of 10, if you eat cornflakes and milk the glycemic index of the
combination of foods can be anything from 5 to 100. Don’t worry about glycemic index, it won’t help you lose
weight, because people don’t eat only one food at a time.
