Eating less and exercise won’t make you lose weight

Eating less and exercise does not work for weight loss. If you eat less without restricting carbohydrates, you’ll go into feeding frenzy in a day or two, and undo all the weight you have lost from your caloric restriction. If you exercise, you’ll increase your appetite and eat more. Every study of exercise show’s it’s terrific for maintenance, but at best weight neutral, or at worst exercise causes weight gain – because it makes you eat more. The most common use of exercise, when it’s been studied, is that is allows people to eat more. Exercise is not for losing weight. If you are going to successfully lose weight, you’ve got to restrict calories and carbohydrates. If you are going to exercise, you’ve got to make sure you don’t eat more.
