Cravings carbohydrates, and not eating them

Once you figure out how you can stay on 500-600 calories a day, or 600-800 calories a day, your next challenge is to figure out how you are going to deal with your sweet and starch cravings. Your carbohydrate cravings are probably never going to go completely away, so you need a strategy that allows you to crave ice cream or pizza or potato chips – and not eat them. Cognitive Defusion is the best psychological technique for dealing with sweet and starch cravings. If you haven’t already, go to billnagler.com or my channel on Youtube, and watch Carbs on a Cloud and Carbs on a Stream. These are the classic Cognitive Defusions. Then do Carbs on a Cloud or Carbs on a Stream, 3-4 times a day, and notice what happens to your sweet and starch cravings. You will find it much easier to crave carbohydrates, and not eat them.
