Jols is available in orange, forest berry, licorice (called Licorette) and black current. Most patients can eat 2 boxes a day, without slowing down their weight loss. Many patients find sucking on sugar-free candy all day, makes them less hungry. If you eat too many Jols, you can get diarrhea, so intake is also somewhat self limiting. Kopiko contains more calories (40 per box), and is Jols version of sugar-free Coffee Nips, and contains a small hit of caffeine which many patients also like.
