Weight loss has to be fast, to keep you motivated, and the fastest weight loss is on 500 calories of protein and fat
(without carbohydrate) a day. If you really want to lose weight, figure out 500 calories a day you can live on,
and try it for a week. It doesn’t matter if you eat once, twice or sixteen times a day. The calories are processed
exactly the same. The difference is that some people (me, for example) feel better eating once a day, other
people feel better eating several small meals a day. My current favorite way to eat 500 calories a day is
frozen ground sirloin burgers. A 6 ounce ground sirloin burger has 250-300 calories, eat two a day and you’re
done. Make sure you drink a gallon (128 ounces) of water or non-caloric fluid every day to flush out the fat you
are burning. If I’m in a hurry, ground sirloin burgers cook perfectly in a microwave, with a little steak seasoning.
If I have more time, I throw them on the grill. Another popular way to eat 500 calories of protein and fat is Best
Kosher 97% fat free hot dogs. At 50 calories each, you can eat 10 a day. The hot dogs heat up best in a pan
with water, not in a microwave. Still another popular way to eat 500 calories are eggs or Eggbeaters. You can
eat 4 – 120 calorie packages of Eggbeaters a day, or eat 6 eggs a day, there are 80 calories in an egg.
